Confirmation of you booking by telephone is essential.

Our trips tend to be very popular during the summer months so please book early to avoid disappointment. Gift vouchers are available.

All trips are subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.

What To Wear
Equinoxe is an open boat and there is a chance that you may get wet. You are advised to wear warm, wind/waterproof clothing as temperatures at sea can be deceptively cold, even during the summer. Flat, non-slip shoes are essential – no high heels. Adequate sun protection is also advised. Waterproof thermal blankets are stowed onboard and are available on request.

Payment
Payment by cash or cheque only please.
Cheques payable to "Ocean Discoveries Limited"

We do not accept payment by credit/debit card, therefore payment on the day is perfectly acceptable. If you are unable to turn up for your trip we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible please.

Cancellation For Charter Trips
By Ocean Discoveries - we will either offer you a full refund, or the chance to re-book on an alternative date.

By The Customer - You will receive the following:-
More than 2 weeks before the trip – full refund
Less than 2 weeks before the trip – 50% refund
Within 2 days of the trip – no refund

We require a minimum amount of £100 at least two weeks in advance of any charter, to guarantee the booking, the balance to be settled on the day of the trip.
